We use organic meat, chicken and eggs, freshly ground coffee and loose tea. Cooking on an Aga, Enid produces a large range of homemade foods including bread, cakes and jam. Previously she was awarded an AA rosette for culinary excellence six years running in an hotel on Exmoor.
Breakfast is at a prearranged time between 7.30 and 9 from Monday to Friday, and 8.30 and 9.30 on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays:
